"I had an unfortunate experience here. I reserved a Road Test. I’m older than 25 with a license from a different country that is 100% legal to drive in Texas with. A+ online requirements are clear in that they ask for a restricted license to do the test. I assumed that since I had a perfectly legal license I would be able to do it (they let you do it in the DMV). They would rather be close minded than try to help and they would rather keep your $75 than have a happy customer. I checked and they still have a lot of available appointments for the same day, so I didn’t cause them to lose other clients. If this was my business I would rather give the money back for a service I didn’t perform than hide behind a nonsense no-refunds policy. If you are in a similar situation I suggest you look elsewhere to a business that will show common sense and courtesy."
