"This school is a JOKE! I would not recommend to anyone. They don't take accountability, they are unorganized and if you book a appointment make sure you have the price for the amount as they try to add additional charges along the way once they get approval from a manager. I bought a Groupon from them I will be getting a refund and never doing business again with them. Spoke with two managers regarding my situation no help. Even drove 45 minutes to support the kids as paying the price and allowing them to work on me.I booked a facial and had my son with me as I pick him up from school not once did they give me the rules of procall for facials. Not on the groupon or on their site about how they operate and dos and dont for certain appointments.But after the customer service I'm very disgusted. If you don't mind bad customer service, kids playing in your hair some good some not, extra add ons if they see your hair needs more than what you book then this the place for you.They have other beauty colleges that have a better program and respectable staff and students."

"My facial was fantastic loved it! However my mani pedi was not. It looks like a kindergarten art project because the student did not have the tools to do the job. The base coat and top coats were all gummy and left texture all over. I brought it up to the person “in charge”, very nicely but was met with opposition and she let me know “all was new!” I left frustrated and paid for a service that was not ok. I will remove it all when I get home because it can’t even dry due to the products condition. A teacher never came over until the very end to just ask “how was it”. Student didn’t ask for what she needed just tried to make it work and since nobody ever came over I couldn’t voice my concern. I would not get your nails done here. However get a facial! That was great!"

"OMG, I'M VERY IMPRESSED!! I brought my Nephew 20 and Grandson 8 yrs old for Haircuts purchased on Groupon, for the first time. The Wonderful Receptionist Allison, worked us in without appt, instead of making us coming back the next day. Christine & Lucy under the guidance of Ms B, did exceptional cuts on the boys. However another student, Ms Destiny went out of her way before her lunch to come over and calm my whining Grandson, by keeping him occupied with talking & laughing instead of him crying. Thank You All!!!! We will definitely be back, again. I'm so glad I didn't listen to some of the horror stories about beauty schools. * Duvall's School of Cosmetology in Bedford TX, gets an A+ and 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"
