"I enjoyed the CEU classes. I enjoy knowing the "why" behind design choices, processes, or rules. Justin is very knowledgeable, and was able to answer all my questions. Very easy going, calm, patient, willing to help every student. I am interested in taking his drip irrigation course. They have a good set up for their back-flow course, a wall full of common back-flow devises to learn hands on the procedure for testing the back-flow devices."
