"Bad place to work. The bagging machine is 30 plus years old, Breaks down on an almost daily basis. Cargill doesn't care about this plant. Leadership is lacking. Randy The supervisor of first and third first shift doesn't hold the workers on his shifts accountable. we are told on the first day of work that if you punch someone else in or out that you will be automatically fired. That is not the case. John on third shift got caught punching in another employee so they would not be considered late for work and was reported to both supervisors. John did not get fired, but he did get a promotion to lead."

"Was late about 1hr for my appt. Seems like it was not a big deal. Got a door about 1hour later. And was loaded within 30min. Thank you! ( Upon entrance after crossing rail road tracks make immediate left follow the signs around the building. No need to scale in/out for Dry Vans)."
