"This happened years ago but I remember it like it was yesterday. I was three minutes late to an appointment and they said that the barber I was scheduled with had already taken someone else. I completely understand and they asked if I would like to wait. I decided to wait and 45 minutes later they came to me and said my barber had to go to lunch. I decided to still wait. Then 30 minutes later they said my barber “had to bounce” and asked if I wanted to sit on the walk in list. I was leaving town the next day and really needed a haircut so I decided to continue to wait. After waiting one and a half hours AND them telling me I would be coming up soon the woman at the front desk tells me that, after waiting almost three hours for being three minutes late for an appointment, that they are not going to be able to get to me and wanted to reschedule. Sorry, but after being treated that way and STILL keeping my cool you get one star. Edit: That really all depends. If you went out to eat and had to wait 3 hours for your food would you give them 0 stars? If you went to buy an article of clothing and it took the clerk 3 hours to get to the counter would you give them 0 stars? I thought 1 star was decent for waiting 3 hours and still not getting a haircut but it sounds like that should be standard in your line work? Hate to break it to ya but making someone wait 3 hours for a haircut and still not cutting their hair deserves a one star review. I have been to several other places to get my haircut and not a single one of them made me wait 3 hours and then turn me away. It’s your job to fix it…not mine. You acted like it wasn’t a big deal then and your acting like making someone wait is 3 hours for a haircut is not a big deal now. You wanted to know what you did wrong so I told you. I had a great holiday and have been having a great holiday with a shop who cares. Best of luck to ya"

She's got a great team and you can tell they all care about doing a great job, and building real relationships with clients. Also the online booking system is incredibly easy to use. As a newbie to St Louis, it feels good to have found my spot!"
