"TRAGIC, is the only way I can describe my experience with the service department. I had my vehicle towed to this location because my car had a popped tire. Jonathan Faris worked on our vehicle and they helped us getting back on the road but after 5 hours of waiting when they gave us the keys they damaged my rear side door and fender, it was bad! They had no cameras throughout the business. It’s 2024 and you don’t have any cameras? My husband and I were beside ourselves. Stated that it was impossible for the damage to have occurred while in their possession. Never got back to my an out to me regarding the claims department nor compensated for the damage. I was ignored by the onsite manager Tomy Lazzer when I emailed him for further assistance. Of course this was our experience and while we understand accidents happen, it felt like they were trying to cover up the damage and blaming the tow truck company even though we saw the vehicle once it was dropped off by the tow truck. Look at the pictures it’s not something we could’ve missed."

"Don't believe the bad reviews. This place appears to have made a u-turn for the best. They had the a great price on a vehicle, I contacted them for a no-bull$#'+ out the door quote and had it within 30 minutes on a Thursday morning. I drove 2 hours to the dealership, met my salesman Wyatt and went for a no-pressure but informative test drive. The vehicle was in fairly good condition and was mostly accurately described except for a couple minor details.  Wyatt and his team listened to my concerns and made satisfactory adjustments to the deal.  Throughout the process I was not pushed, and while I did listen to their pitches for paint protection, extended warranties and other options, they removed them upon my request. I tested, negotiated, financed and purchased a vehicle from them and drove away within a few hours. My biggest complaint of the whole experience is that the popcorn machine was out of popcorn, which is pretty fantastic considering the used car buying experience is usually pretty awful. Not here. I would consider buying another vehicle from them even though I'm over 2 hours away."
