"id like to say my positive experience has continued with Import . But unfortunately there has been issue upon issue , one thing after another , i have not had my car 24hrs . A shattered right side mirror , a clanking noise when i drive , and a rear side camera that does not work, after buying and leaving my car in there lot overnight for a gloss and buffer that was pointless for the car to still have dips and chips but now added to that i have a shattered mirror .When test driving this none of these issues where there . not worth it . a 20,000 dollar car yea right . i thought Import took care of there service members !? All of this in a matter of 24hrs is BEYOND ME….I hope this can be turned around this is very upsetting .I have been told to wait for an update within 24-48 hrs . How can someone sell someone a car with these defects, i am a 20 year old active duty service member now dealing with this and i have to be back to my base 13hrs away in 48hrs. SMH"
