"This store is terrible. It opens and closes when they want to. It's a worker in there now standing at the door just to turn ppl away saying that they are closed. Then they close at 4/4:30; then open around noon. We don't need a store like this in the community. I've sat here and watch her turn 20 walking ppl away; talking about will reopen in 20 min. Then once you enter the store is a mess!!!!! Fire the entire staff and hire someone that wants to work and be there for their community."

"If I could give a ZERO, I would! This complaint only stems from the fact that I can't go to my neighborhood Family Dollar during normal stated business hours because, here lately, you guys have begun closing the store as early as 3pm or not even open at all. And it's not just this store, it's ALL the stores in my area. What an inconvenience! Only the black neighborhoods!"

"This store is horrible. It never opens or closes when it’s suppose to. The employees are the worst as well. No good customer service what so ever and they seem to not know how to do their job. Went to the store and it was still closed. Sat in parking lot and called, asking what time are they going to open. At first he stumbled over his words, then said we don’t have any employees so we may open at 10. Yet, your store says you open at 8. I also observed 3 employees walking around. It’s best just to close this store if they are not going to serve the community."

"Store opens at 7 me and my son gets there at 7:03 the door locked so I'm knocking on the door for 5 mins. Lady finally come to door ND says they waiting on a cashier.. didn't even open door to let us in.. it's cold outside. So 2 men walked up to the door she comes unlock it ND let them in.. the store should be open.. it says open at 7am. I will never go to this family dollars again.."

"Sunday night I went to this location to buy a few items. During check out I realized I left one of my cards in the car but after I went to get it I wasn't allowed back in the store. The man who was moping the floors said they were closed but aside from having just been in the store it was only 7:40pm (20 min before closing). I called to speak to the manager about it the next day but she refused to give me her name then hung up on me. I am very appalled at the god awful customer service. This is not how customers should be treated."
