"Every time we drive to this store to purchase furniture, they won't sell it to you. Even Clearance furniture. It's really a joke. They still use Covid as the excuse.Two years in a row, I drive out there as it shows they have the item. They literally won't let you buy it. We were ready to spend almost $1000, items on Clearance. Nope they said they are not allowed to sell furniture from the floor. It's past bizarre for a retail store to not sell the merchandise on the floor, when it's super Clearance, over 50% marked down. Plus, customer service is really lacking in this place, lots of bad attitude. This is a reflection of super poor management. Don't go if you are driving far!! Don't let the pictures fool you! They don't want to sell the merchandise!!"
