"Went in for a cut and beard lineup. Beard was good but when I got home my gf said the back of my head wasnt right (not straight). When I went by the next day the barber that originally cut me was not there. Cristian was there but was booked, however he called the owner kevin and he came in within 15 min and corrected the back of my head although I offered something for his time he said I had already paid and was good. Great Customer service, personable staff and convenient location. As long as I'm in rockford they'll have me as a customer. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"I had grown accustomed to old neighborhood barbershops staffed by older people doing the same "old" things. This shop is staffed by more trendy stylists. While I may still get my same "old" cut, it's fun and refreshing to watch them all showcase their skills and their craft in this modern environment, filled with personality and a strong sense of family. I'm a regular customer and don't recall ever enjoying the barbershop experience more anywhere else. Good people doing great work."
