"I rarely get manicures for myself, and had really great expectations for this place after researching a lot of places in the area for kid (under 10) friendly nail salons, as I took my kiddo for their first manicure yesterday for their birthday. I made an appointment ahead of time just in case the place was super busy. When we got there, The place itself looked super cute and clean, so I truly had high hopes for the place. There were 3 employees there, one of which was with a client. The other two were not. They didnt even check for our reservation, and i had to tell them repeatedly that no, my 7 year old and i were just getting regular manicures, not more. My kiddo also has anxiety and so as it was their first manicure, i repeatedly asked if we could sit next to each other, which since there was no one else there besides the one other employee with said client getting a pedicure I didnt think that should be such a problem. They ignored my multiple requests for this, and as such, the woman doing my nails was very annoyed i kept looking behind me to check in on my nervous kiddo who they sat at a station across the way. In the end, my kiddos nails turned out cute enough for her liking, but she was visibly overwhelmed by it all and didnt understand why she couldnt sit by me. My nails on the other hand, did not turn out so great. the paint job was not even as far as nail coverage as well as you can visibly see where she only covered parts of the nail with the first layer of polish and other areas of the nail she covered with the second coat. In addition, not even 24 hours later, the nail polish is chipping off. The woman doing my nails also kept insisting I do a natural nail color instead of the color i chose because it would be prettier, and then kept insisting I trim my eyebrows there as my eyebrows are too long and was visibly annoyed when i declined both things numerous times. I really wish I could have given this place better reviews, but after the experience had there, aside from continuing to do our nails at home(and a much better job i hate to say), will definitely be going elsewhere if we decide to go somewhere to get our nails done again."

"Kind of disappointed with my service, I went in for an acrylic soak off and gel manicure appointment. When I walked in it looked like they didn’t have many customers and wanted to close early so she rushed my entire service. In between soaks, she forcefully pried off my acrylics instead of waiting for them to soften and drill them off. Gel application was uneven and not smooth, she didn’t apply carefully and didn’t cover my entire nail bed as she seemed rushed to get out of there. You can see from the picture she allowed gel polish to get on my skin and made me cure it like that, it burned…She ended up finishing 15 minutes before closing time. For such a simple service I’d expect more attention to detail, I would not recommend visiting."

"I usually do my no chip manicure at home, but today I just wanted to relax and let a professional do it for me. Look at the pictures, this is supposed to be a no chip cat eye manicure. Cat eye is that magnetic look, and they charge $10 more for that.My nails look absolutely horrible. I have never ever had my nails done professionally and look like this. When I asked for my cuticles to be trimmed all the way up, you don't tell me that this is enough. When I asked for my nails to be covered all over with the nail polish, you don't tell me that this is enough. I'm there to pay and have my nails done. None of the women working there are nails professionals. This is the second time, and they did a horrible job. Please hire people that are properly trained. I'm very disappointed!"

"I had an amazing experience at Paradise Nail Lounge! I called ahead and was able to be seated for a no-chip pedicure thirty minutes later. Lauren at the front desk was so pleasant and helpful. Annie, the nail tech, gave me a luxurious no-chip pedicure that looks and makes me feel great. The service was quick and professional. The interior is beautiful. I also left with a complimentary cuticle oil. I will definitely be back for another pedicure and a manicure too next time!"

"What a wonderful experience! I decided to stop by this salon after going to the bank. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted by a wonderful receptionist, Erin. She gives you colors to pick out and brings complimentary water or tea. She also checks up on you throughout your stay at the salon. I had a pleasure to have nail tech, Linda. She was so kind and caring. I had one of the best luxury pedicures and had my first ever luxury manicure. I truly loved it. Linda was so attentive and was wonderful to talk to. I also had a pleasure of meeting the owner, Ivy. I saw her walking around the salon, making sure all the customers are having a great time as well as putting up fresh flowers. Ivy clearly loves her salon and looks like she takes good care of her employees as well as customers. Thank you Ivy, Linda and Erin. I will definitely come back :)"
