"I went here on 12/24 for a manicure and pedicure and I got the worst service I’ve ever had. I did a walk in. They did both services at the same time. The tech doing feet must’ve been new because she had someone looking over her shoulder the entire time. I swear this had to be her first pedicure because she did a bad job. Nicked the skin above my nail a few times. Didn’t know how to effectively use the tools. The tech doing my hands was worse. Didn’t touch my cuticles, hangnails. They tried to use unsanitary tools on me but I requested otherwise. I get services done twice a month. I try new places. Never will I go there again."
