"I first had a great experience going under water again for the first time in 7 years. I got to enjoy it with my boyfriend, and getting this appointment was a bit hard since she told me a month ahead of time that she needs to check with the instructor if it'll be available. I called weekly to receive a confirmation. And we showed up, she gave the same rate as I to my boyfriend. Had an awesome time. Fast forward I liked it so much I scheduled another session just to go under for an hour. But this time I talked to an instructor for couple weeks ahead of time. Two days before the appointment I'm in what mother nature controls, out of my control, and my boyfriend called left a message. I call them to make sure since he said nobody answered, but in conference call while I was driving home from work. Completely opposite attitude, accusing us that we rescheduled multiple times, mistaking me for someone else named Kim, no apology even after my boyfriend tells her his message and our payment last time was not a Kim but a Bora. Just for a freaking hour under water in a pool, and both of us combined called 3x to ensure it would not be inconsiderate. Ridiculous"
"I am leaving a one star review due to a not so great experience. I dropped off some gear and asked that it was thoroughly inspected and made sure it was in working order. After about 3 months I finally had an estimate to replace needed parts. I give the go-ahead. After about 3 more months the repairs were completed and I was able to schedule picking up my BCD, tank, and regulator before heading to a dive spot. Once at the dive spot, I was going through my gear and come to find out the BCD air bladder has a LARGE leak in it, thus canceling my dive. I would think 6 months is more than enough time to find such an obvious leak. Will definitely not be a returning customer....."
"The dive shop in Beaumont shut down about 10 years ago. I found out about WW Diving Co. I got certified at age 60 to surpise our son who was going to Hawaii with me so he could dive. I went to Cozumel with a group with WW Dive about 6 years. I was very happy that I had found such a great group to go with. I felt very safe with the group that went each year, and I got great service from the store in Humble, Tx. I am not 74 years old and had to stop diving. I miss very much going to Cozumel on the dive trips with the groups from WW Diving Co."
"Incredibly disappointed in their service. They were listed as an oceanic service center, so I called about getting 2 dive computers serviced and calibrated - which they agreed to do. They kept them for 6 weeks, and when I picked them up they told me they couldn't actually do any service and just replaced the batteries. I already did that myself. They told me their service tech had retired and moved away. Too bad they didn't mention that before I drove across town to drop them off in the first place."
"Tremendous place for your scuba needs. I am not a beginner nor an expert, and was ready to purchase my own equipment. John, spent in total over 5 hours with me explaining every last question I asked before I gave them a dime. I never once felt pressured to buy something and on more than one occasion they talked me out of something that was overkill for my needs. They have high quality brands and equivalent prices to the best you can find on the internet. I will definitely be taking part in their multiple classes and trips they offer. They also are prepping everything i purchased as well as going through an introductory to my equipment in their pool with me. I am in medical sales and demand high quality customer service as my customers do from me, and you will receive that here. Couldn't be happier and glad they are close to home."
