"If the Chi Academy expects to keep a good enrollment of students, the instructors better get it together. There is a lot of drama with the instructors, inconsistency with applicability of rules for the students. Rolling of eyes with instructors, too much drama. Should the owner be made aware of what's going on? Good thing there are more options now for cosmetology in Laredo. Hope this review is taken seriously. Instructors need to keep their personal problems to themselves and be more professional."
