"I got my haircut and coloring done by her. Used to have blonde hair prior dying my hair dark. Right when she was done, it looked nice and all because it was styled curly. I usually put my hair up or braid them, and I straightened my hair recently. That's when I noticed my hair cut looks nothing like V shaped, rather looks like as if I cut my hair by myself. Anyways, I called her explaining what happened. How the haircut is not what I wanted and the color is washed out. And I asked her to refund me for my haircut, because I have to go somewhere else to have it fixed. Just the haircut charge, not the coloring or the tip given at the time. She offered to fix it for me, but honestly how am I supposed to trust her if she messed up the first time. I need to go somewhere else to have it fixed. It's been about 3 weeks, but it's a haircut that stays long. It's not like I'm asking for a refund for a 2 weeks worth of nochip polish on my nails. She told me that I should've came the next day, but we're talking about haircut. On top of that, she was not nice, very rude and kept talking over me. She was very unprofessional to the point I had to hang up on her."

"I called to see if they took walk-ins at 3:45. I was told to make an appointment, which I did for 5. I showed up a few minutes early. I was told it would be just a minute. There was a woman with foil in her hair. I assumed maybe 10 more minutes. I waited 20 and left, she still want done. Don't make me make an appointment and then have me wait. I could have walked in and probably would have gotten better service. I want to support local but this makes it difficult."
