"This was the worst haircut of my life. I just had to go to another barbershop to fix this mess. I showed the barber three different photos of a prior haircut I had; he proceeded to get nowhere close to that request. He shaved my beard without permission, shaved my eyebrows without permission, and gave me a haircut that was extremely far away from what I am looking for. There are many places in the Palos area, please do not go to this one. It is not worth your money and the pain you will experience after."

"I asked for a light trim for my son, just a few cm off the top. The ponytail guy cutting my son's hair was more interested in talking to the other guys there apparently instead of listening to what cut the customer wants because he absolutely butchered my kid's hair. So on top of being horribly overpriced they are also horrible at haircuts and customer service."
