"Good prices and cuts. However, sometimes no one is there during their open hours. I've gone several times and the door was locked with no sign saying we'll be back. Just locked, but lights are on and the OPEN sign is on. Other times I've walked in and no one is their to cut hair. The lights are on and so is the OPEN sign, but no one is there to cut hair. This is the unprofessional part that bothers me."
