"Best in the area. Room was designed well, built well, although it could have been a bit cleaner and the bathroom needed some attn to the fixtures and paint. Ease up on the chlorine in the pool please. Noisy and messy guests were dealt with in a timely fashion. Manger and staff were responsive and courteous. Sepy was a great listener and understood our situation. Thank you for a great stay."

Amazing breakfast with incredible nice people always making sure your breakfast is full service and they even came over to our table and removed empty plates as if I was in a restaurant. This Holiday Inn was one of the best ones I’ve stay in for a long time. SEPY the front desk manager was extremely helpful in every way and I can’t thank her enough for her hard work. These people deserve a raise! High quality customer service and leadership at its best!!"

"Toronto went above and beyond to help me and he did it with positive energy and a smile on his face. Then, I saw him and Brittany work hard cleaning a room that was obviously left very filthy. The people who checked us in and out were extremely friendly, also. Very clean room and well-kept hotel."

"Someone knocked on my door twice this morning just after 10am to tell me that checkout is at noon. I stay in hotels for work most of the year. It’s Saturday morning and although I am working today it would have been nice to not be disturbed during my rest nearly 2 hours before check out. This was really unnecessary as I had to shout out twice to the housekeeping that I am still in the room. This is terrible service. People come to hotels to get rest. You should be able to see who has checked out already and start from there. I don’t understand why housekeeping knocks room to room instead. The heater in the room also makes cracking noises constantly throughout the night and the smoke detector blinks brightly above your head while you try to sleep. Not a place for restful/undisturbed sleep."

"This is one of the nicer Holiday Inns I have been to. Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was very nice and helpful. Fitness room is big with a lot of equipment for a hotel fitness room. Breakfast was good. And it is right off the highway. We were in town to visit at Knox College so it was nice and close to there."
