"The service is OK in my case. I have hair that goes straight down on my forehead in thick strands and then curls to cover it. Usually I get cut where it just keeps the first part, but doesn't raise the curls and instead removes them. I do recommend it to people with a less complicated hair style though, but not for people like me which are very common in this area. 3/5 excellent if simple but not if complicated"
