I found out their names after a records request was done. Derrick and Rodrigues. Very unprofessional. I wish there was a No Star option"

During my forty minute wait (in the sun outside…there were four of us during this time and no one got called in) I ended up looking at whether I could switch to another business for the Identogo services and booked an appointment with HTM Security instead. So happy I went anywhere but Security Concepts."
