"I do not trust this facility has the capacity to communicate what’s needed for consistent access to birth control. In the state of texas - that’s risky as hell. After calling all day Friday, I was able to reach someone Monday morning. When I got ahold of someone, they let me know my prescription runs out in March of 2024. It is currently February 2024? I was confused and pressed more. I was then informed my prescription is no longer valid because my prescribing doctor left their facility. I learned I would then have make another appointment ( available in a few weeks) to get a new prescription for a birth control I’ve been on since 2018. If I were to do this, I would not have access to birth control for 3 weeks. Because of this I no longer trust this facility to communicate what’s needed for me to have consistent access to birth control."
"I had an appt today with Jordan Miles APRN and she has the worse bed side manner with no attention to detail. I spent less than 5 minutes with her for my entire appt. I had a rough morning and my blood pressure was 149/101 and she did not mention it, offer a resolution or anything between. She didn’t even check my bp for a second time. I work in the medical field and would never let a patient leave with a diastolic that high without a resolution. The front desk staff was polite, they were the best part of the experience. I wouldn’t refer a dog here for care! Since the seton northwest location has shut down service has gone down as well!"
"The staff was dismissive and not helpful over the phone, and no appointments were available even for established patients. I fully expect to have to schedule a week or two out, schedule several months in advance for a well woman's visit, or need to be put on a waiting list, but none of that was offered. I called this week to schedule an appt with Dr. Browne, who's been my doctor for several years and delivered my baby last year, but I was told no provider has any appointments available, and next month's calendar isn't open yet. It's very disappointing to and out of the norm for a doctors office to not try to accommodate you. I really like Dr Browne and am sad I have to find a new OBGYN."
"This has been the absolute WORST experience with an ON/GYN I have ever had. The physician to patient ratio is beyond terrible. I understand having a wait, but since July 2022 I’ve been in the office in total 3-4 hours at a time, just to see a dr for MAYBE 10 minutes. As I’m at my current appointment (11/29/22), they have mixed up me and another patient whom have the same first name. 20 minutes ago, I heard the front desk staff violate HIPAA by disclosing a procedure being done to another patient-to another patient that was wondering why she wasn’t seen before her since she was here longer.—that was a first for me, but is anyone else’s personal experience safe from disclosment? I am two weeks out from my due date and still have yet to see my dr about when my c-section will be scheduled. The last visit she was out due to an emergency C-section, the time before that 11/7/22, she forgot to address paperwork she requested from a previous hospital from a previous pregnancy, she didn’t recall any of it. It’s almost like I wasn’t her patient at all. I tried at 30 weeks to find a new dr with no luck because I’m high risk on top of being further than 20 weeks. It’s been a stressful experience with this place. I was scheduled to do my glucose test, I NEVER got a call about the results. I happened to call the 1-888 number for an unrelated reason and the nurse I spoke with was the one who informed me that I needed to redo the exam. No update since my redo of that glucose exam. I get that emergencies happen, but to have all these patients pushed on the only other OB that’s in office is unacceptable. They are overwhelmed with patients. This is not an urgent care but it sure is ran like one. If you care about your health, please avoid this place at all costs! I understand it is used by a lot of low income people, but you will not be taken care of here. It’s very sad that this is happening."
"I'm incredibly consistently frustrated by the administrative process. While pregnant and even a year later, it was difficult to call and speak to a person to schedule an appointment. Navigating the website especially since Lone Star Circle of Care took over is incredibly and unnecessarily difficult too. My medication is needing a refill and once I finally got a hold of someone was told I hadn't been there in 12 mths and needed an appointment. I said "how can I do that when i can rarely reach someone"? They said they'd transfer my call then it immediately disconnected. So frustrating. I really wish Dr. Browne would go elsewhere. Love her. But this rating is for the administrative processes. I'll be transferring to another doctor."
