"Poor customer service, to my surprise the account was not active. I was going to renew but when the owner threatened to keep my returned mail until I renew, he LOST a customer! Wow, instead of explaining how things worked, they blamed me. Even after picking up mail a month earlier, I had no clue my account was inactive. Crazy. I do not recommend. At least the owner of this establishment needs to reconsider their management."

"Been a postal box renter since 2016. Out of nearly a thousand packages(and counting because I shop on-line a lot) being delivered to this location only one mishap has occurred but only due to delivery service (UPS I think) marked an item delivered but was no where to be tracked(took issue up with UPS and was rectified). Very happy with the staff, always friendly and accommodating. They deal with a lot of packages but manages to keep everything organized. They have a text system that when a package arrives it texts your phone that a package has arrived and how many. Decent price ($18/mo as of this date) to have a mail box for letters as well as a place to have packages delivered and signed for instead of it being left on your house door. Nice convenient location right off the freeway, very accessible. Plenty of services, products, keys, small gifts, lottery, passports, packaging service, everything a regular postal service provides, and other misc items. They speak both English and Spanish. Great hours, open everyday and on weekdays open til 7pm, which is great because sometimes I don't get off work til after 6pm. Very happy so far with this place."
