"Genuinely the worst healthcare experience I've ever had. I had to wait over an HOUR AND A HALF later than my scheduled appointment time to see Dr. Babaran. When I was initially seated the nurse told me to remove my garments so I was just sitting there uncomfortably with my lower half naked for the LONGEST time. When she finally got to me, the entire experience felt unprepared, rushed, and very dismissive. Dr. Babaran left the appointment without asking if I had any further questions with no discussions of follow-up. I left feeling deeply disappointed and frusturated only to wind up with a $501 medical bill and $60 charge from Clinical Pathology Laboratories for a test I had to wait a week for the results. Meanwhile, a NP from UT UHS (University of Health Services) was able to return back to me in 10 minutes by simply swabbing and looking under a microscope. Absolutely ridiculous and a scam. If you're a UT student don't even bother and just go to UHS Gynecology, $10 visit versus $501 visit. (only $250 after insurance adjustment)"
