"Haircut was way shorter than the picture I showed and the length I asked for. The underneath buzz was not at all like the picture I showed. My wife had to fix the stylist’s mistakes! The buzz was much longer and less styled than the picture. I have a bowl cut when I asked for a bob. Her hands were shaking as she was cutting my hair. She was alone and hadn’t gotten a lunch break. It’s unsafe to open a shop with only one worker inside."
"lacking of professionalism from Sharel (surely she gave me fake name) i was late few minutes and she started showing attitude. There was a issue with the online booking tool. i explained and she has no answer for that. where she would refuse even say a word. of course i would not let her touch my hair and walked out. she had no courtesy or how to treat customers. she told me if she would cut my hair, it needs to be in 5 to 7 mins what ever i get!"
