"My experience was not what I expected and I did not expect too much. Kate is a sweet woman however, my hair was not braided thick enough to withstand the weave, she also cut my tracks which is unacceptable! I didn't pay $350 dollars to have it chopped up!! She couldn't place my bangs correctly so she cut the old and created new all while putting the 24inch and 22inch on top and 20inch on the bottom.... My new bangs were also uneven!! She should guarantee her work to keep her customer base but I am better off going to someone else for future reference."
