"Kelly Palmer was my Dr. She was great. She delivered my baby. I met several other drs and they were amazing also! I would have been happy with any of these amazing women. It was my first baby. She’s happy and healthy!"
"I don’t do reviews, but Dr. Katherine Smith is absolute heaven sent. I’ve bounced around to several OB’s the past 5 years and have never felt like “this is the one”, till I found her. She is so incredibly intelligent, thorough, compassionate and caring. She will spend her time with you to understand and figure out how to address the problem. I think a lot of women often feel like their problems are pushed to the side and not taken seriously and that is not the case with Dr. Smith. Seriously I could go on and on about her but to say the least, I’d recommend her to anyone!! She’s one of a kind❤️"
"This review is for Maya. I recently called this office and had some questions about scheduling an appointment with one of the doctors. And spoke with Maya. She was very helpful, understanding, and patience will all the questions I had. She was trying to answer all the questions I had even if there were ones for the medical assistant I can say I had a good experience with front desk. she was the best person I’ve ever spoken to, from all the offices I called!"
"This review is for the administration of this office, not my doctor. I moved during my second trimester and it was known for months. I was contacted by the billing manager regarding the prepayments I had made and in the same email, she asked about my New provider. I responded with their information and fax numbers to coordinate the transfer and have my records sent. Well, that email was completely ignored, so for almost 2 weeks I had assumed they sent my records and didn’t. I had to make a whole new request for multiple doctors and every request was just ignored. I’m now over a month out and have yet for my records to be sent to my new doctors. I’m almost 30 weeks pregnant at this point, so time is of the essence and there is 0 accountability or urgency in this office. I’ve had to ask my husband to help, because it’s become very time consuming to constantly attempt to follow up with them. It should not be this hard to just get records sent. My anatomy scan from the referral practice sent that entire record within days, no follow up needed, but did anyway just to confirm. Moving while pregnant is stressful enough, but they’ve done nothing to try to help and alleviate the stress. Just beware if you anticipate moving or need your records sent for any reason, it could take over a month."
"One star for front desk staff working at 3pm on Friday 9/1. TL;DR: No amount of care by doctors can make up for the rude customer service at the front desk. After seeing Dr. Palmer following a couple miscarriages earlier this year, I was looking forward to seeing her for my first pregnancy and rainbow baby. My husband and I arrived 10 minutes late to our appointment on Friday 9/1. We had called on the way to say that traffic was worse than expected and were told that we were OK to still come and that 10 minutes was within their tolerance for late arrivals. When we arrived no one was at the front desk. The chair was empty with a purse and a blanket on it. It was about 8 minutes until the person at the check in window returned - enough time for us to stand there and listen to two and a half country songs play on the lobby music and hear someone around the corner checking other patients out and scheduling them for future appointments. When the front desk staff sat down, I mentioned that we had called and apologized that we arrived 10 minutes late. She said that it was now over 15 minutes since our appointment time and she didn't think we could be seen. I explained that we had been standing at the front window since no one was there. She said "I don't think so. I just went to the back." There were two other couples and a pregnant woman in the waiting room that could have attested to us standing there waiting for someone to check us in. There was a security camera pointed at the front desk that she could have also checked. Instead, she said we were lying and could not be seen. She was wrong. We were 10 minutes late, but we also had been waiting at the front for nearly that same about of time. I'm glad my husband was there to witness the rudeness so I could not blame it on my pregnancy hormones. I'm sad I won't be able to see Dr. Palmer as I had hoped to for my pregnancy. My experience with Dr. Palmer has been wonderful, but no amount of care or professionalism by the Dr. you see for 15 minutes each appointment can make up for bad customer service at the front desk."
