"Do not even come here. They ask if you are homeless or live in someone's couch!! When you are being interviewed they ask to see if you are homeless or live in someone's couch!! Not even kidding."
"Applied twice 2019 and 2021, they didn’t call me back in BOTH instances to continue the hiring process after completing orientation, i just found out the second time they fired me when I didn’t even get a truck issued and no letter or nothing telling me i was fired, yet they brag of how much they care about their drivers. DONT BOTHER APPLYING HERE theres too many bad reviews in this job"
"I’m from the El Paso terminal and I’m not happy at all. Worst place I’ve ever worked at they always say if you need anything call us. They never answer the phones and when they do they say they are in meetings which it gets old after a while or they say will call you back. When your out stuck waiting them killing your clock and can’t get home because they are to busy. I’m sure most drivers out of El Paso can agree on this if they would be asked.just cause they get to go home every single day. Also no communication what so ever. Sorry place to work for. No wonder they always need drivers instead of taking care of the ones they have."
"I had a good job and they told me they would hire me then I went in did the urinalysis and hair follicle test and past did two days of orientation and then the recruiter calls me and tells me I don't meet their qualifications. I hope everyone needs my warning. They lie to get you there."
"If you're thinking of signing up to drive for this company, choose another yard in another city. The dispatchers here in El Paso are, for lack of a better word, crap. Either they don't try, don't care, think they can but can't, or are still wet behind the ears. All but one that is. Javier was a good dispatcher but seems to be pretty new still. He has good potential though. Everything went downhill when their safety manager named Teresa left.. everything. "Open door policy" doesn't mean anything either. You have better luck calling the main yard in Phoenix to locate empties and loads. Instead of switching hubs, we switched companies. Deuces Knight. ✌"
