"Firstly, I live in Waco and drive to Round Rock to see this doctor. If she gets called out of office for a baby delivery they do not call you and tell you. They let you show up and then turn you away. Waste of time and money! During this appointment I felt rushed and overly persuaded to have surgery performed. I called this office for over 2 weeks requesting a callback from either a nurse or the doctor because I had concerns over the medication she prescribed and I wanted to discuss my upcoming surgery. No one EVER called me BACK! I am glad that I chose to have a 2nd opinion with a doctor in a neighboring town. I am choosing to never return to this office again. I will continue my care with the doctor I received a 2nd opinion from."

"The front desk was rude and seemed annoyed from the beginning of the phone call. I asked a few questions about Dr Michel as I would be a new patient and am weighing my options; some of the questions were answered with “I don’t know you’ll have to ask her when you see her”. I then asked if we could make sure my insurance was covered to which I was also answered “I don’t know that insurance but we can find out when you come in”.
