"I saw the bad reviews and was skeptical, but still went to give it a try. But believe me, it wasn’t good at all….Worst haircut of my life and believe me, I have had bad ones…. Just used two trimmers and that was it….Damage done…. Save yourself the trouble….Don’t go there…"

"Great clips used to be a reasonable place to go for a reasonable price. The price has almost doubled since Covid. The quality has actually gone down, especially at this location. The last three haircuts for my sons have been a joke. I don't even know what I paid for when I have to fix the poor cuts they've gotten when they come home. Absolutely ridiculous and will not go back here!"

"This location has 3 stylists that are GREAT!!! Courtney, Marissa & Bianca. They had one hair stylist that doesnt know how to treat people (& not just clients), but they sent her to another location. This is the best location that this particular Great Clips owner has!!! (I've been to several of them. And their location at 75th & Rickert, in Naperville, comes in at a close second.)"

"I've been here twice. The first time, I had a great experience. The girl who cut my son's hair was amazing. So sweet and great with him. The second time, I came with my sibling, daughter, and mom. My sibling heard one of two ladies working complain outloud about people bringing a family with them, and she just wants to go home and be done. My sibling was the only one who was initially getting the hair cut. But my mom wanted me to ask if they had time for her since it was 40 minutes until closing. I asked the younger one with pink hair if they had time for my mom (my sibling was the only one there getting a hair cut at the time) and she made a face, but the older lady interjected and said sure. The older lady cut my sibling's hair. She didn't listen when my sibling told her not to cut it too short since their hair curls naturally, making it shorter. But she gave my sibling a bit cut. They were upset and told the lady this isn't what they asked for, but the lady said nothing. No apology, no offer for reimbursement or even a discount, since she cut too much. Then, as my mom was getting her hair cut by the younger pink haired girl, the girl made another comment about families coming close to closing time, and she just wanted to be done and go home. I understand working a long day and can't wait to go home... but to say it out loud in front of customers who are talking about... just rude. Will never come here again. Or maybe only if the first lady that cut my son's hair is working. Other than that, I'll be taking my business to a different salon."

"This Great Clips is brand new! Just opened, so definitely clean and nice. It is also conveniently located right next to Starbucks so that is very handy if you want to grab a coffee too. The shopping centre called Westmont Centre is also brand new."
