"From start to finish my experience was great. Claire was my daughter’s stylist and she did an amazing job! She was very communicative and professional. I will be going back"
"Excellent experience! I got my hair colored and I was absolutely happy with the results!! My hairstylist was awesome and very kind! She left me feeling like a star! The Front desk ladies was also very pleasant! I definitely will be returning! Thank you…"
"Got my hair lightened and colored there. It was an all day thing since I have hair close to 3B, but Amna and Veronica were very nice working through all of it with me."
"Update 9/23/22 Daniel fixed my hair and got me to exactly what I was looking for. The learning leaders present were so positive and helpful to correct my hair. Can’t thank them all enough! Update 9/22/22 Went in asking for grey blending via money piece and to bring my blonde up. New colour of toner as well. I’m attaching pics because, well they speak for themselves. Calling tomorrow to get in, instead of a weeks wait. This looks so so much worse in person. Went to Paul Mitchell The School Lombard for the first time today. Had Marissa do my full head of foils and cut/trim. It took pretty much all day, even though I have chin length hair as it was her first time foiling. She did such an amazing job! We got me so light, I had a general idea of what I wanted, and we figured out a lot as we went. Just have to get back for one more session to achieve my blonde goal. And then obviously for maintenance etc. But the support of her colleagues (Lynn!!!) And teachers is what will keep me coming back. No one was rushing, or annoyed etc. It's a school people!!! Let them learn how to do hair!!! Know what you're getting into before booking an appointment, be upfront about past hair-capades, and enjoy the time out of the house! And for the price, you can not complain at all, they're extremely upfront before they even start. I love my hair again!!!!!!"
"$15.00 for a long hair haircut with shampoo and blow dry included? Unheard of. Even the so-called "cheaper" chain salons charge more than that for long hair. Prices are good, but, you have to take into consideration that you will spend 3 times more time here than in a regular hair salon. They always seem to take more time than they quote you so keep that in mind also. You will pay approximately one third the cost at a regular hair salon. I had a great experience here the first time I visited, I had color, cut, and blow dry/style. I was there for 5 hours, but, my hair looked fantastic and the price can't be beat. My first stylist listened to what I wanted (I took a picture of what I wanted with me) and the supervisor gave precise instructions and double checked my hair thoroughly. My second visit was not so good, the stylist did not know what she was doing and did not know how to blow dry long thick hair. The supervisor also gave her instructions that were the direct opposite of what I wanted. At home the same evening, I noticed that there were several small sections of my hair where the color was not applied at all. I called the next day and they told me to come in and they would do the color over again at no-charge. So I went back the following week and had another stylist who did a good job at correcting the color omissions. I will keep her name for the future. Next time I will only get a hair cut or color in order to not have to spend so much time there."
