"It was clean decent rooms and beds I'd stay again"

"The 3 rooms we had were all nasty. Beds and pillows were rock solid. 1 of the mini fridges was broke and smelled so bad when opened. 10 out of 10 would not recommend."

"Friendly, helpful staff. The room wasn't very clean, but we just needed somewhere to stay unexpectedly, and it worked."

"The property looks good from afar but far from good. The owners are very nice sweet people. The property its self needs some updating. Rm 120 smelled of mold, the wall was filthy as was the bathroom wall, and cob webs. We slept with the window open and fan on due to the smell of mold. I advised the wife of the smell and issues, however I do not think she understood what I was saying. Had I had a paint bucket and roller I would've painted the two dirty walls in our room, which also would've helped with the mold smell. We did not walk in the room in bare feet, we left our socks on. We did check for bed bugs and there weren't any. Hallway, lobby and main areas looked good. Breakfast was extremely limited, two bananas two yogurts and waffle mix that had separated. We weren't sure how old the waffle mix was since it had separated so we did not eat. I would stay here again if I was in a pinch, however not in room 120 and I would demand a cleaner room next time."

"I would suggest staying in the other nearby hotel in Dewitt. We had a smoke detector chirping at midnight and had to change rooms, microwave unplugged and had to move it to use it, everyone we spoke to in Dewitt told us we made the wrong choice in hotels there. Breakfast was so so. First room we moved from didnt smell very good either."
