"My kids first experience here was great. However, the second was not. We arrived for our appt to find a sign on the door that said closed. I called and spoke with the owner. She said she wasn’t coming in because of the weather but didn’t have our number to call us. I’m not sure why a business owner would not ensure she had the customer’s contact number at the time she booked the appt. Also we called her cell phone to book so the number would have been available on her caller ID and could’ve been written down at that time. We will not be back due to lack of communication and documentation."

"My son's cut is cute and very well done but we won't be back. Unfortunately the lady decided the appropriate way to handle a 2.5. Yo for a haircut was to have her 10-12 yo son hold my son's legs down?? Thank God my husband stepped in. I understand the potential dangers with squirmy children and hair cuts and how difficult they can be but that was not an appropriate decision. What the heck."

"We had an amazing experience here today. Please keep in mind that is preffered appointment only but she was awesome enough to squeeze us in for a fresh cut for the little man. Full Disney movies ready for play, a little playground to explore, super cool cars to sit In during the cut and I can't forget the treat bowl at the end. We will definitely be returning again in a few weeks. Thanks for the amazing service!"

The owner was friendly, patient with our son, skilled, fast , straight to the point and did an amazing hair cut! She has a ton of experience and worked with my 16 month old’s hair to bring out his natural waves. Will be returning!"

"Best haircut my 21month old has received. He’s had 4! Kateri the owner was so gracious to accept our walk-in, which is normally not allowed. My son stood the whole time because he was scared, but she handled it very well. We will be back and be sure to make an appointment next time! Bonus, there is an excellent coffee shop next door, Mud and Char!"
