"It's hard to find good Egg food young or good crab ragoon. This place had great on both. Seseme and orange chicken were bussin too. Place is mostly closed off but you are paying for the flavor and price not the sit down nice. Good city rice. Great proportion as you will fill up and eat it all but not be stuffed. 4/5 only because I know some want to sit down in house. I'm big on hot and sour soup and pot stickers. I'll have to try those next. Recommends: Beef egg foo young."
"I ordered food to go yesterday and they lady that took my order over the phone was very short and dry. I've been coming here for years and never really had any problems until yesterday. When I arrived, they lady didn't say hello, she just said did you place an order. I'm the kind of person that feels you should always be nice and welcoming to someone who's spending their money on your business. She was very rude. I got my food and left but I had to come back because I misplaced my credit card. I came back in and asked her if she saw a green credit card and she yelled at me saying "I haven't seen no card, you didn't leave no card here". I didn't like her tone or her attitude. My food wasn't as good as it used to be, and I'll never come back or refer anyone to them. I usually don't leave reviews let alone a bad review, but this was totally unacceptable. Wasn't worth the money."
"Hons wok is a long time favorite of my family's so it was tough letting this place go. It boils down to customer service. They had a guy working here for years, great person. Looking back, he may have bent the rules to give customers what they asked. For example I've gotten a side of duck juice when my belly couldn't handle solids. He was replaced with a woman who hung up on me multiple times and yelled in my face! There is also a video of her going around social media yelling at someone else. I tried asking her were there different chefs because the quality of food changed. I told her I've been coming here for almost 10 years ordering the same meal and now it's different. Fried rice was too hard, duck was obviously not duck or terrible duck. She literally said she did not care how long I've been coming there and told me to leave. I was respectful. She was EXTREMELY disrespectful. This was over a year ago so maybe the food is better. Either way the woman still works there and we cannot support a place where I was treated so terribly. I now go to just the 2 of us fried rice. Black owned and the best fried rice I've ever had!!!!"
"I ordered a whole order of Special fried rice and crab Rangoon. The rice was disgusting !!!!!! The shrimp had this weird texture to it and wasn’t deveined, the ham had this weird unknown taste to it... not like meat at all! The Rangoon tastes like sour cream and ranch dip. I usually go for a sweeter Rangoon, I was disappointed all around. Then to top it off, they don’t give a free drink with a purchase over $20, and they charge 5¢ for every sauce packet. Never going back after this encounter."
