"I signed up for my account online and prepaid my children's pictures and I didn't get them. I had to call customer service three times, I got confirmation the first time, the second time i got the run around, the third time they hung up on me. Customer service is horrible, they give you a call back option and they only called back once. I had Sr. pictures taken and they can't find the order or confirmation where I paid them. They promised to send my other children's school pictures too, but I have yet to see them. Customer service doesn't listen to what is being requested and just assume they know what you are calling about. Nothing was fixed changed or properly confirmed."

"They don’t give credit to the actual people that does the work. I know for a fact that one employee won a trip just because another person did the work then it was transferred into his name. This tells me the lazy person is taken care of but the one who truly loves their job gets screwed."
