"The staff at this office is really bad/rude. It stinks because Dr. Morgan is an amazing doctor and very personable. I tried to power through the rudeness of her staff to go to her, but couldn't handle it. They don't acknowledge you when you walk up to the desk even when you're standing there trying to get their attention for 15 minutes while they're gossiping/not working. They also called my emergency contact when I had only a $48 balance and was out of town!"

I did feel a little rushed the last time I was there but so late in the day,I'd be trying to get out of there too.She's pretty quick with results and I like that she'll call me herself and tell me sometimes. Some girls at the front desk are not friendly and they don't explain anything to you. Kinda make you feel like you're a bothersome. But overall, I like going there and plan to stay."

Was a bit hesitant about her in the beginning as she is a young doctor, but she is turning out to be most compassionate and concerned with a good listening ear. However, I am not so fund of her front desk administrative assistants/receptionists. When I go into the office they are never pleasant and very dismissive; I understand that this is a professional office but showing a smiling face would not kill. No nice welcome greeting or nothing, nada from any of them."
