"The guys are ALWAYS VERY pleasant and polite..but that older lady working there now, she yelled at me about an online order that got stolen from me. When I drove to the store to get my nilla wafers (after being heartbroken that the delivery person STOLE cookies that I paid for) she said if I place another online order she will cancel it herself. Now when I got up there I hope I dont get her and I hope she has a better attitude. It's the closest place I can get a box of nilla wafers."

"I was walking into the store, and the rubber mat outside had been scooted past the edge of the curb/step. Because I did not know that, when I stepped onto the mat, there was nothing supporting it. I fell, banged my knee on the ground, and the top of my head hit the glass door. The employees did not care. Then one of them said that all of the people in the store said it was my fault, which it wasn’t. I told them it was because the mat was off the edge of the curb, the employee didn’t care and did not move the mat back to where it should be so nobody else would get hurt. The employees of the store are horrible human beings."

"Worst 711 I've ever been too. Female manager driving minivan was rude everytime, and is disrespectful to employees and customers. I will be protesting this store, and all my brothers and friends will be joining me, until something is done. Been customer for 35 years. Not have I ever been treated this horrible at a 711. Hope the problem can be fixed. Love your stores. just upset. Even spent 50$ or more each time. But I wss as made to feel as my money was worthless and I was an inconvenience for her to do her job.
