"November 11,2023 Saturday . I had really well experience with the person that help me out with my simcard which is out of service . Her name is Maria. Ma’am Maria was quick and very nice person. Also very helpful with all my questions. We went in to get some help because all of a sudden I lost my signal. Supposedly We should go to Midland because that's where we got the sim card but we decided to try our luck to Andrews Texas At&t branch. Thanks to her she solve/fix our problem! She was absolutely incredible. I appreciate his diligence. He deserves 5 stars as a top employee. This At&t store Andrews texas branch store does a great job because of its employees' dedication. P.s . I called the call center but they cant fix this problem but Ma’am Maria did it !!"
