I initially followed her to 2 salons before she and a small group of other stylists formed a joint ownership arrangement about 27 years ago. She is now the sole owner. Besides handling all aspects of the business, managing her staff and raising three sons, Tracey is an excellent stylist and colorist. I feel I can attest to this since I change hairstyles at least once every 12-18 months following style trends. I bring in a picture and she takes it from there. I always get compliments on the styles. Tracey is kind, a good listener, cares about her staff and of course her customers. She makes a special effort to learn about us, which makes us feel special. I travel 2 hours from my downtown office every month for a standing appointment with Tracey. I'm 75 and have absolutely no intention of changing salons until I can no longer drive."
