"Carrie ball was not my doctor throughout my pregnancy. When my doctor who I loved went on maternity leave she recommended dr ball. She was on call when I had my baby, and it wasn’t a long labor about 9 hours after being induced I felt I was ready to push. I called the nurse she check me and I was definitely ready. She tried to get a hold of dr ball for over 45 mins. I had to hold my baby in for almost a hour!!! Dr ball then told the nurse to make me do a “practice push” before she would even come. My husband timed it on his phone. From the start of my practice push to when my daughter came out was 7 mins. Her follow up with me was her passing in on the hallway while she was eating and just asked if I was ok I said yes and I never saw her again. Fast forward 2 years later my dr I loved moved away so I try to give dr ball another chance cause I am desperate to get my pcos under check. I make a appointment 3 months out!!!! I get missed calls and I return them and both times they say they are just confirming my appointment. I show up to my appointment and the nurse basically yells at me because I didn’t do something on my patient portal I knew nothing about. She insists she called me 4 times. She did. And I returned the phone calls and was never told anything about the patient portal stuff. She asks the doctor if she will still see me, and she refuses. I do not live close to the dr at all and I had to find sitters for my kids. There were no other patients in the waiting room either. So I hope she’s a good doctor for y’all but for me I’m highly disappointed."

"Dr Ball delivered my baby and I had an amazing experience from the beginning! The staff at OMC were the best. Never had a long wait time. I had a complicated first pregnancy but Dr. Ball made my second one as easily as possible. She was always available and quick to give exceptional care. Had 6 OBGYNs before her. I will always stick to Dr. Ball. Her partners were just as good as her during her absence for a short time. I’d recommend her to anyone, especially to those that had horrible OBGYNs in the past."

"By far the best dr. She delivered my first daughter in 2014 after an onset of severe preeclampsia overnight. Didn’t use her due to distance for my second pregnancy in 2019 - my dr I switched to didn’t take my preeclampsia seriously, switched to dr.ball and she immediately took care of us. Now pregnant again, she has already started preventive measures, and is the most caring, compassionate, and helpful dr I have ever had. Not only just about or during pregnancy, but all around. Absolutely love her and her staff."
