"I met Dr. Jones today before she done my daughters procedure, I was so worried but she immediately set my mind at ease, she explained everything that she was going to do to my daughter and answered both my questions and my daughters questions. She was very patient and kind, I was just amazed and how professional and nice everyone was because at Nacogdoches and Lufkin hospitals it’s the total opposite. Dr Jones came out after my daughters procedure and explained everything that she had ran into once she started and how she treated it, she was very thorough, so much information but she made sure I understand everything, even showed me pictures of before and after the surgery. I was so nervous but I wanted to be sure and tell my daughter and her dad everything . I said “ I should’ve recorded this conversation because I’m afraid I won’t remember everything you said”, y’all this doctor told me “ get your phone ready to record and I’ll go over it again…. I was floored, never have I ever met a doctor so patient , kind and thorough. My daughter has been dealing with these issues for years and her doctor in Nacogdoches never got down to the root of the problem, didn’t run all of the test that Dr. Jones ran and she just kept getting worse. I’m so glad she changed doctors, I really believe things are going to be so much better now that she’s got this procedure done. Thank you so much Dr. Jones, words cannot express my gratitude ❤️"

"Where do I begin!!!!! I just love Dr. Jones. Plus her staff always provides excellent service. I have been going to her for 3 years now and everything is always in order. She has amazing bedside manners. She let's you as a patient decides what the best option for you. She listens and gives her advice to make sure that the choice you make is for you. All appt are prompt and I love that. I am normally in and out pretty quickly and all my questions get answered. I refer all my friends to her. But I do let them know that she books up fast."

"Picking a healthcare provider especially an OBGYN during pregnancy is important. I had been going to the same OBGYN for over 10 years but recently relocated. I read really good reviews before deciding to visit Dr Jones office. However, my personal experience was not the best. Dr. Jones seems to be a nice lady don’t get me wrong, but my appointments were always a long wait then rushed when she was in the room. The bedside manner I received I can say was less than none. It didn’t seem like Dr Jones was interested in knowing me as a patient or even cared for that much, appointments seemed very scripted as like she was reading from a book. The receptionist is very rude, every office visit you walk in it seems like she hates her job and just there to collect money. The ultrasound technician however is amazing I will say that. My last appointment I was told I had to prepay for Dr Jones fee to deliver my baby, which I have other children and thought that was a little weird and I asked the lady upfront to only charge me for my appointment for that day. Because why would I prepay for a delivery fee and I already paid the fee to the hospital she delivers. However she printed me a receipt for my appointment and then went back and charged my card for the doctors delivery fee after I left the office for me appointment…. Which was very DECEPTIVE to say the least! As a healthcare professional me as a patient is entrusting you with my life and my unborn life and none of my encounters at the office made me feel like I could instill my trust. I missed a month seeing Dr Jones as I was traveling quite a bit during the summer and got a threatening call the following month that if I did not come I would be dropped as a patient. There was no call to check in and ask maybe is there something going on etc….. another red flag. My last appointment I did not go to as my encounter with the front desk lady was a major turn off for me. Then I get a letter in the mail that I am no longer a patient of hers….. still no call, no check in, no nothing. I’ve had a doctor that I’ve seen less make a personal call to me as a patient to check on me…. If you want to be treated with care and concern and not just another patient number or another insurance claim I would be sure to do all necessary research."
