"I've been going to Dr. Fogiel for YEARS... Have tried others due to relocating and it only convinced me more that's she's really THAT GOOD! Yes, it may be possible you have an issue getting someone to call back but in all the years I've gone to Dr. Fogiel, I have not. I'm not going to chance/risk my medical care to a sub-par doctor just because a receptionist or Asst looked at me cross or didn't return my call within a couple of hrs! Assistants/receptionist come and go, but finding a doctor that you trust is SUPER RARE!"

"HORRIBLE experience on 4/21. Took the day off last minute, used PTO just for this unprofessional and lying office to completely waste my time. In advance, I asked their office and my insurance to ensure my well woman’s visit was fully covered. Both said yes, 100%. When I got to my appointment, an hour after waiting & paperwork - during my initial consult once I disclosed I had an exam 8 months ago, first they told me if there was any billing issues or co-pay, they’d know by now and my visit is covered, then - They said since it’s been less than a calendar year (which they only went with because I told them), that my annual isn’t covered, I needed to wait a full year bc insurance would deny my claim. These people aren’t claims adjusters at all so I was befuddled. I’ve never had to wait a calendar year with any benefits or insurance I’ve ever had, It reset at the start of the new year, my last exam-which they have nothing to do with, was taken at some point in 2022. They ran my insurance initially and everything came back 100% covered, so now since I’m disclosing my last annual (which is an estimated time frame) they told me I have to pay a deductible based on their experience of claims getting denied once processed. They said if it came back fine they’d reimburse me - but based on previous confirmation, I was not prepared to pay anything. ESPECIALLY since you’re telling me I only have to do so based on a “feeling” or your history seeing claims being denied. Nothing they said was substantiated. It all sounded made up. I asked the medical assistant if she called my insurance to verify this, and she said YES. I then left after waiting and doing paperwork for an hour. Again, completely wasting my time. The second I leave, I call my insurance to let them know what happened, and they were LIVID. They said they never heard of this and verified in my terms that my annual exam doesn’t have to be within a calendar year. I don’t even know when the last exam was nor do most people even keep up with it. My insurance then called their office to clarify and reason with them and get an understanding of the situation. After holding for 20 mins, insurance told me that the medical assistant/receptionist eventually got mad and hung up on her. We are now escalating the issue to a higher team to ensure no one else with my plan has this issue ever! I will never waste my valuable time and return to this office, and I advise anyone reading to go elsewhere if you want a seamless, unproblematic annual check up, and a doctors office that doesn’t make up rules and lie about calling your provider just to justify their reasoning for doing what they want. Spoke to the escalations team with my insurance today, they said after several attempts, they’ve been unable to reach this office, (I had no issues prior to this reaching them)- they also assured me my insurance goes by calendar year, and that the month I had my last exam does not matter. They made this a bigger ordeal than it should’ve been and a very unpleasant experience."

"I really really like Dr. Fogle. She is very thorough and informative. She answers all of your questions happily. She has great bedside manner. Her medical assistant team is why I put 3 stars. They have disappointed me twice not returning calls when I had an issue after surgery, and then losing my work release. It's frustrating when you do everything you are supposed to do, and others don't. I would still recommend Dr. Fogle because she is an excellent doctor. Raquel and Alma are very nice and helpful too. They are literally the only people I want to deal with in the office."
