"Texas Trophies did an AMAZING job on an item (compacts) that I wanted monogrammed. Initially when I called, they advised they wouldn't be able to do it bc they treated the item like jewelry (being a fine/delicate item). But later after talking to other people, I was advised to call back and ask for a "sticker," to be placed on the item which STILL looks like an inscription. As they say, the proof is in the pudding!! GREAT job, our recipients were very HAPPY!!"

"The initial visit went well with attendant taking my order. She said it would be ready in two days and it was ready in one day. They called me for pickup. After my arrival the plaque had to be corrected and I was asked to wait 20 minutes, that they would call me when ready. They never called me. I entered the shop after 30 minutes of waiting and once again there was an error on the plaque. I will never again order from this shop. Poor customer service. I strongly recommend customers go somewhere else."
