"I would give zero stars if I could. We test drove a blue 2017 Ram Outdoorsman. My girlfriend love the truck. As it was late in the day she put a deposit down to hold it. We had set up a time to pick it up on the following Saturday. They was going to have it inspected and detailed. Saturday before we left they informed me it needed a brake rotor and it would be ready by Tuesday when I got off work. Monday right before they closed they called to say they couldn’t sell Me the truck because the transmission went out. 64000 miles, didn’t slip when test drove, passed inspection. We all know it was sold out from under us. Even the sales guy said he played phone tag. Doesn’t sound like he bought the excuses either. We drove several hours for this truck for nothing and wasted a lot of gas as well"

"I found a car on auto trader & went to look at it on a Saturday. While there I explained I managed a bank & I would just finance there. They said they believed they could match the rate. They could & if get $1000 as well. So I agreed to finance with them. The car had a paint spot chipped & they agreed to fix it at their cost if we bought that day & the car had to go to shop still so I knew there would be a wait. On Wednesday I had a missed call from them but the voicemail was 2 seconds long & it was just them hanging up. So Thursday on my day off I called back & there was no record of anyone calling me. I said I had purchased this vehicle & wasn't sure if they were calling with an update. They said they didn't know. By Saturday (one week after purchasing) I had not heard anything so I reached out & was told someone from the service area would give me a call (they NEVER called me back). My boyfriend called later in the day & they said the sales guy would call him back. He did not receive a call. Monday morning they called my boyfriend & said the car was being detailed & he would call him in a few days. So my issue is my boyfriend is NOT on the loan or anything with the car & they called HIM back not me! MAJOR privacy issue there & being where I work private & security is a big deal to me. I looked at the paperwork & noticed the rate on the car was higher than the rate I was told they would match so they lied about matching my rate! They finally dropped the car off to me on Wednesday & I noticed the paint spot wasn't fixed. I called & spoke with my salesman was told the paint guy was only there on Friday. I said the car was there on a Friday so why wasn't it done. I was told I would have to bring it back on Friday (myself.. while I do work a full time job) & they would fix it. My attorney called & they said they couldn't talk to her if she isn't on the loan. She informed them that they sure called my boyfriend & gave him information when he wasn't on it. So they did speak with her. They said someone had explained they gave me the best rate that was NOT the case (check cameras). But they will be fixing the paint spot this week. They deliberately ignored speaking with me & have been unprofessional, rude, & absolutely awful with their lack of communication with me yet happily going against my privacy speaking to my boyfriend without my consent. I will NEVER recommend them."
