"Friendly atmosphere walking in the door. Stocked with board games, miniatures, and supplies. Each visit has been busy, but not packed. Employees seem to be bouncing around customers trying to answer questions, give recommendations or listening to a quick story of how a customer found joy in a product. Nice to not have aggressive employees following you around as you browse. But still available for questions or friendly banter."

They're prices have always been better than Amazon's (the penny pincher in me always has to check) and the selection is amazing. The prices were outrageously high, with many products marked up to double their suggested retail price. This level of overcharging is unacceptable and left me feeling taken advantage of. What compounded my dissatisfaction was the complete lack of customer service. The staff were more interested in socializing with each other and with those playing games in the store than in assisting customers. I found myself ignored and neglected, struggling to get any help or information about the products. This experience was not only disappointing but also quite upsetting. The combination of exorbitant prices and poor customer service makes it impossible for me to recommend The Miniature Market to anyone. It's a one-star rating from me, and I strongly advise potential customers to consider other options where they might find better value and service."

"Great local gaming store. Plenty of tables, good board game and mini stocks. They have plenty of events, but I know this from signs and other friends and family that attend. From the friends and family that frequent here, they love this store. Show up and support them if you can. Great place for gifts"
