"Zero STAR - I recently visited MCKATY for a wellness examination and encountered an issue with my tests. This resulted in charges of almost $90 that were not covered by my insurance because of wrong codes sent at the very first place for Lab testing!! While I understand mistakes can happen, I'm concerned about the impact this error could have on other patients. Despite contacting MCKT's administration, the issue remains unresolved. They refuse to communicate with Lab Testing agency, although Lab stated all tests lacked wellness codes, leading to insurance denial and they can't change any codes which were sent by Doctor. To avoid similar situations, I wanted to share my experience and encourage others to double-check with MCKATY."
