"The customer service here was terrible. All I got was 2 layer tribal braids I sat in the chair for over 8hrs and the stylist still wasn’t done. making me late for work. after telling she would be done 2 hrs before. She consistently took smoke breaks and breaks to get on the phone but charged me extra because of my longer hair, saying I had to pay for her “time” even though she had no problem wasting mine. I still had to come again the next morning for her to finish it took an additional 3 hours. I have never sat in a stylist chair for that long. There were no apologies for the long wait times and smoke breaks. The owner said she would give me a discount but still charged me full price. Never received worse customer service."
