"Although the lady that cut my hair was very nice, patient, and the haircut was good, she kept combing the back down my neck. Not just once or twice but dozens of times. All that combing caused my skin to become VERY irritated. I had a meeting later that day and my white shirt had small drops of blood in the collar. My neck was sore for several days. It won't deter me from using Great Clips again, but I hope you will pass along this message."
