"Terrible front office staff!! I came here as a new patient and they did not let me have my visit for my well women’s since I brought my 3yr as I am a stay at home mother. I was never told the rules of the office “children are not allowed” a women’s office told me “well we wouldn’t know you had a child.” Instead of correcting their mistake for not telling a NEW patient the office rules they put the blame on me and sent me away. SO unprofessional and a true lack of responsibility with this office!"

"Leaving 2 stars only bc my baby was actually 100% in good health. So he did a good job on that and the staff was always sweet to me. It was my care that ended up being the issue. As a first time mom I expected a thorough approach to my questions. He took the time to answer my questions BUT he never really offered up any information. He kept referring to the pamphlets that I would find out each time there was a new sheet I didn’t receive. I felt like I was playing the guessing game on my health. I never got a clear picture of my baby. He kept promising me he would have a tech that new how to work the machine next time I came in and he never did. I left MULTIPLE appointments in tears because I felt extremely overwhelmed that my baby was not in the best care. He couldn’t simply get a clear picture of her. And when I asked about it, he said I could go pay 150 for a clear picture outside of office. He ended up being off on my estimate of baby weight by an entire pound, which is why I opted for a c-section in the first place; which made me feel like the opportunity to give birth was taken from me; although, he did let me choose. He never told me (or the hospital never did either) to wear a girdle or a wrap my stomach after going home. That would have made a HUGE difference in my recovery. And speaking of recovery, the hospital didn’t want to take me off of pain meds yet when I was being released bc I was still in a lot of pain but they said that the prescription would have to come from the Dr. So I called and was denied. I made an appointment and his response And he said "sometimes what we image is pain is not really pain, right”?! That was such a crazy comment, I didn’t even know how to respond. So many times I thought I should switch doctors in the middle of pregnancy but didn’t bc I wanted to stay with the same doc the entire pregnancy. Knowing now, I wish I would have."

"I have been avoiding going back to this office for as long as possible. I have been battling with this office and Labcorp since MARCH about this office billing me, THE WRONG PATIENT. It is now August and I received a DELINQUENT BILL. Someone doesn’t want to take responsibility for a wrongful bill. You call Labcorp, they tell you to call Dr Montgomery. You call Dr Montgomery, they tell you to call Labcorp. If I receive one more bill or this touches my credit I will be involving my lawyer. I have informed Labcorp of this as well. I absolutely do not recommend this office to ANY WOMAN not only for the incompetent staff but for, as previous reviews state, lack of care for patients. Go anywhere else but here."
