"Some of the rudest front office staff I've ever dealt with and instead of holding staff accountable we blame the patient. Wait 50 minutes past my appointment time to be seen and when asked what is going on you are treated poorly and blamed as if their poor scheduling is your fault. She also is not qualified to remove the birth control implant as she left a huge scar on my arm in addition to the one I already had inserting it. Would not trust her to deliver my children if she can't even remove a rod. Hopefully she reads reviews and will take some accountability for herself and staff. 0/5 stars if that were an option."
