Sunshine Park

"Nice local park, well maintained with jungle gym, tennis courts and baseball field."

"It's a tiny little park in the middle of a neighborhood. The park is mostly geared toward the people in the neighborhood. It has only one baseball field, one tennis court, a small kid playground and a half basketball court. The park has some concerts in the summer and also some movie nights for the whole family to enjoy. They desperately need a parking lot, so even people who live outside the neighborhood can easily find parking. They also need to invest in a Gazebo or a stage to accommodate the bands. I Know that the main purpose of this park is to prevent flooding in the area."

"There is a small covered picnic area as well as a small playground, one tennis court, half court basketball and a softball diamond. Parking for a half dozen cars on Sunshine and then m ore space on the softball diamond on the other side of the park. There is a small sled hill for when it snows. The park is used mostly by people walking their dogs and families taking their children to the playground."
